Spittin’ Image Scheduled to Entertain at the Annual Banquet

The annual banquet at the Beef Expo includes an excellent meal featuring beef, the WV Cattlewomen’s Auction and entertainment. This year’s banquet is Friday, April 13 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for those age 14 and over; $15 for youth ages 4-13. Tickets can be purchased by calling Rod Summers at 304-842-7958.

This year’s entertainment will be provided by Spittin’ Image, identical twin brothers who love to sing and play their instruments as much as they love to entertain an audience. Intertwining wonderful vocal ability with excellent musicianship, and mixing it all with comedy, audience participation, and a high energy show. Top 40 and classic country mixed with classic rock and roll is the music they love to perform. But, the twins also enjoy singing gospel and pop standards from the 20’s, 30’s and 40’s.

Blain and Brian Swabb were born and raised and still live in Greenville, OH. They started picking their instruments at a young age, and by the time they turned 13 years old, the twins formed their first group. They have toured the Midwest, playing the hotel and resort circuit. They owned and operated their own nightclub for 15 years until 1998 when they hit the road and have been touring since 1998.
